Additionally, we prepare prenuptial and postnuptial agreements and mandatory settlement conference briefs.
Our paralegal services also include temporary restraining orders, guardianships & conservatorships, and guardianship petitions for minors as well as estate terminations.
We handle conservatorship petitions for individuals and estates, ensuring assistance with all required legal documents and court forms.
We also facilitate adoptions & name changes, including adult or minor adoption document preparation and step-parent adoptions. Our legal name change petitions cater to both adults and minors.
Furthermore, we offer estate planning documents such as power of attorney (financial or medical), advance health care directives, and deed preparation (grant, quitclaim, interspousal, etc.).
We assist with property transfers to trusts or individuals and handle probate petitions, including simple, no-objections cases.
In terms of business & entity formation, we provide LLC formation, corporation formation (C-Corp or S-Corp), nonprofit formation, fictitious business name filings (DBA), and statement of information filings.

About Me!
My name is Jenn Herman, and I’ve been working in the legal field as a paralegal since 2001, proudly serving the High Desert community and beyond. With over two decades of hands-on experience supporting attorneys across multiple areas of law — including family law, civil litigation, probate, and more — I bring a deep understanding of court processes, client needs, and the real-world side of legal paperwork.
The legal field runs in my family — my uncle was a judge in Los Angeles, and I have two cousins who are attorneys, so law has always been a part of my life. But for me, it's more than a profession — it's a calling. I'm also an empty nester with three college degrees, and I'm proud to bring both academic knowledge and real-world experience into every case I take on.
